This is the WORST Pep Boys location. About 10 months ago I took my fleet vehicle here and waited 6 hours… 6 HOURS for what should have been a simple tire plug. Instead, as the other negative comments listed, they convinced the fleet company to install 4 new tires on a truck that was about to be retired anyway. The person at the desk was kind, but it doesn’t excuse or make up for the fact that the service is horrendous. I came back today on a whim to get my exhaust looked at. It was blowing white smoke after an oil change at another location. They stated that they only had one tech in and they were busy for the rest of the day. The front desk person offered to look at it, but what good does that do without a proper diagnosis? It’s not the customers fault that you’re understaffed. Hire more, or borrow employees from other locations. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. DO.NOT.COME.HERE

Just dont, belive all the 1 star reviews this place really needs to just be put out of its misery. Came in at 930 for a screw in one tire, its now 230 and they still dont have it finished. If it wasnt a fleet car I would never take it to one of these corporate places. They came and told me they only need to balance the tire and install it at 1245 at the same time a woman sitting next to me, who had been here since 11am said she had to be somewhere by 3. They said they would try, but magically she is now leaving but im still sitting here. Guess if you want simple services it helps to have a some a rack and long eyelash. Derek at the front desk specifically was horrible.

Came there for a AC reload. I think they lied from beginning to the end. Added useless things to the invoice. And since i was there, now my starter broke, i cannot blame them 100% but considering their invoicing behavior they for sure cannot be taken seriously, is this starter problem related to my discussion with the mechanic and him telling me, you know these cars have starter problems? These people for sure make their money by scamming and adding useless things and mostly breaking things they'll then tell you you have to replace. I was suprised to talk to a lady out of the shop that said she was satisfied with their work but i'm sure they scammed her easily as she probably didn't know anything about cars. Will for sure never step a foot again in that shop.

My car broke down, I took it here bc it was the closest. They fixed it, but the engine light was still on so I had to take it back. I waited 5 hours for them to tell me the part they put in was faulty and that’s why. They replaced it but when I got my car back it started shaking while driving, but they couldn’t fix it so I’ll have to take it somewhere else. I can say is Derek is a sweetie and he was super nice, but this whole experience genuinely took years from my life in stress.
